Placement Protocol

A 5-phase placement protocol used with great success to reduce the number of failed foster care placements. It is linked to a programme developed for preparation and support and includes measurement and matching processes. 
○ Option 1: A one hour meeting where I give you an overview of the protocol and explore ways in which you can link up as a network partner with this existing protocol.
○ Option 2: An explorative meeting of 2 hours where you provide me with your relevant policy documents and needs, after which I develop a protocol suited to your own needs. Two hours are needed for the development of the written protocol and identification of training needs in order to implement the placement protocol. Another hour is then used for obtaining feedback from you and adjusting the protocol.
